Refund policy

PURCHASE CANCELLATIONS:

All sales will be final after our 24 hour cancellation policy.

Cancellation requests must be made by email to the following address: info@florenciadesigns.com

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

There is no return or exchange possible except in the case of a breakage on receipt and / or a responsible spelling error. 

Note that we only cover spelling errors caused by our team. Any orthographic errors for which you are held responsible will not be covered by our exchange and return policy.

However, if you notice an error following your online purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. If the merchandise has not been produced, we will be happy to correct the situation.

If for any reason you need to return an item to us, please notify us as soon as possible as follows:

  • Email us at info@florenciadesigns.com with a photo of the damaged part and / or containing the error.
  • Do not throw away the box or packaging. The carrier may want to come and inspect the package.

In the event of a breakage upon receipt, please note that no refund or exchange will be made if the claim is not made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
